What are WAP
Settings?
WAP stands for Wireless Application Protocol, a
technology that allows specially written internet content to be viewed
on a mobile phone.Huh?
We'd liken it to an internet connection much the same as you get on your
home or work PC. Just as you browse internet pages and download cool
stuff on to your PC, WAP enables you to browse and download stuff on to
your Nokia nGage.
When you order a game from us, we let you browse to
download your chosen game on to your Nokia nGage.
What are my WAP
Settings?
Most new Nokia nGage phones come with your
network operator's WAP settings.
We would recommend that you use operator settings when downloading our
games. Contact your provider who will be happy to assist in helping you
set up WAP.
That's a pain in the arse!
If do not have WAP set up on your Nokia nGage, you
CANNOT download any of the great Nokia nGage games we have available.
Thankfully, once you have WAP enabled your Nokia nGage you won't
need to do it again.
